The Dove Road at Carroll Avenue Roundabout and Drainage project was awarded a Gold Medal in the “2010 Texas CEC Engineering Excellence Awards” (EEA). TNP provided civil engineering services as subconsultant to Lee Engineering. Winning projects were based on uniqueness, originality, technical, value to the engineering profession, complexity and how successful the project met the needs of the client.
