Effective January 1, 2026, TNP is pleased to announce the acquisition of Lupher, LLC, a Houston-based land surveying firm. Lupher’s leadership and team of technical experts will remain in place at their current Houston location and will continue delivering high-quality surveying solutions to clients throughout the region. Moving forward, Lupher will operate and conduct business under the TNP name.
Founded in 2012 by Lee and Bob Lupher, Lupher, LLC is a respected Texas surveying firm currently owned and operated by Lee Lupher, RPLS, a sixth-generation land surveyor. Lupher is recognized as one of Houston’s premier surveying firms, providing topographic and boundary surveying services to counties, cities, school districts, and private entities across the greater Houston area.
TNP currently operates offices in Katy and The Woodlands, and the acquisition of Lupher, LLC adds a third office, located in Houston, Texas.
