TNP Announces Newest Promotions

MICHAEL DEMOTTE, PE, CFM has been promoted to Executive Vice President of the firm and is now a member of TNP’s Executive Team.

Michael joined TNP ten years ago as the leader of our Dallas office.  Since then, he has methodically and strategically driven the growth of that office, overseeing its expansion from seven to over fifty staff members and its move from Dallas to our current Allen location.  In 2024, Michael became Vice President of Engineering Services.

As Executive VP, Michael will play an integral role in TNP’s efforts to improve our communities and provide exceptional service to our clients, while also lending his talents to the direction and leadership of our firm.

TNP Announces Newest Promotions

CHRIS HARTKE, PE, CFM has been promoted to Vice President of Engineering Services.

Chris joined TNP twelve years ago as a project manager on our Transportation Infrastructure team.  In 2020, after successfully managing key roadway and highway infrastructure projects across the state, Chris accepted the role of Director of our Denton office, where he has led the growth of both our staff and client base.

As Vice President, Chris will be responsible for managing the continued growth of the Denton office and the Transportation Infrastructure team.
